About Us

JK Window Cleaning is a division of JK Window Group Limited, a company with local ownership and local staff which incorporates JK Window Cleaning, JK Window Blinds and GutterVac.

Our office and showroom is at Addiscombe House, New Road, St Sampsons.

JK Window Group Limited is run by three directors:

Kevin Philp ran his own upholstery business for fifteen years and in 2004 set up JK Window Cleaning with his brother John. That company now has a large customer base and has diversified to establish JK Perfect Fit Window Blinds in 2007 which was rebranded as JK Window Blinds in 2009.

John Philp built up JK Window Cleaning with Kevin utilising the Reach and Wash pure water system and has been involved with the formation of the window blind business since it began in 2007.

Jon Lucas ran his own home improvement business for 15 years after being the Managing Director of a major Channel Island glazing company. He has been in the local home improvement business for 33 years and has been selling and installing awnings for the last 12 years. He joined Kevin & John in 2009 when JK Window Blinds rebranded.

In 2010 the three partners set up JK Window Group Limited and are all appointed directors of the company with John Philp also acting as company secretary.

In 2011 GutterVac was formed as a division of JK Window Group Limited.
